Time goes by so quickly these days. Dachuny turned 14 last month, and the latest update on his health is he has immature cataracts that are affecting about 50% of his vision, according to his Opthamologist. He's currently on 3 eyedrops - 2 for dry eyes, 1 for inflammation. Hoping to wean him off 2 of them in a month so that he's only on the homeopathic drops for now. He's now wearing goggles when he's out in the sun, and a hat when in the car to shade his eyes bc he won't leave the goggles on when he's in his car seat and can rub them off.
I wish I made him wear sunglasses sooner :( I guess better late than never, but I'm sad that his vision may completely go. His hearing also isn't as good as it used to be. Otherwise his heart is stable, still at stage B1 at his last visit in October.
